在我国社会经济体系建设中,乡村振兴是推动乡村经济发展的重要战略。以乡村振兴战略为研究背景,探究新时期下村级财务管理的创新发展。在乡村振兴战略发展下,应予重视村级财务管理工作的方法。在提升管理模式与强化人才发展的同时,弥补工作中的不足,以适应经济多元化发展,最终提高财政绩效,实现乡村振兴。

When constructing social and economic system in our country,rural revitalization is an important strategy to promote rural economic development.This paper explores the innovative development of village-level fi nancial management in the new era in the context rural revitalization strategy.Under the development of rural revitalization strategy,we should attach importance to the methods of village-level fi nancial management.While improving the management mode and strengthening talent development,we should make up for the defi ciencies in our work,so as to adapt to the diversifi ed development of economy,ultimately improve the fi nancial performance and realize the revitalization of rural areas.
