摘要
职业成功是个人在职业生涯中孜孜追求的目标,是学术界和实践界关注的焦点。以中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)作为研究样本的来源,用“职业成功”作为主题词进行检索,最终确定137篇核心期刊(北大核心和CSSCI)论文作为研究样本。借助共词分析法对研究样本进行分析,结果表明现有职业成功研究以“主观职业成功”“人力资本”“社会资本”“心理资本”为重点研究主题。
Career success is a goal that individuals pursue diligently in their career.It is the focus of academic and practical circles.By taking Chinese Journal Full-Text Database(CNKI)as the source of research samples,this study searchers the the subject term“career success”,and fi nally determines 137 core journal(Peking University Core and CSSCI)papers as research samples,which are analyzed by means of co-word analysis.The results show that the existing studies on career success focus on“subjective career success”,“human capital”,“social capital”and“psychological capital”.
