基于 SWOT-PEST模型对“互联网 +”背景下现代化森林防火行业研究——以镇江市为例

Based on the SWOT-PEST Model,the Research on the Modern Forest Fire Prevention Industry Under the Background of“Internet Plus”--Based on Zhenjiang City as an Example

基于PEST-SWOT模型,从政治、经济、社会、技术四个方面,以镇江市为例,分析森林防火现代化系统的优势、劣势、机遇、挑战。在此基础上,提出将方针具体化、提高科技创新能力、加强新闻宣传、扶持私人林场、制定行业标准、整合产业链等相关对策,即将方针具体化落实,切实完善市场机制;不断提升科技创新能力,提高工作人员专业素养;运用新闻媒体,加强森林防火现代化推进的宣传教育力度;给私人林场一定的支持;制定行业标准,严打假冒伪劣产品;提高森林消防工程行业的规模效应,形成行业产业链。

Based on pest-swot model,Taking Zhenjiang City as an example,the paper analyzes the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and challenges of forest fire prevention modernization system from four aspects of politics,economy,society and technology.Some countermeasures are put forward,such as making the policy specific,improving the ability of scientific and technological innovation,increasing news publicity,supporting private forest farms,formulating industry standards and integrating industry chain;Constantly improve the ability of scientific and technological innovation,improve the professional quality of staff;Use the news media to strengthen the publicity and education of forest fire prevention modernization;Give some support to private forest farms;Formulate industry standards and crack down on fake and shoddy products;Improve the scale effect of forest fire engineering industry and form industry chain.
