融合视角下河南健康养老产业高质量发展问题研究

Research on the High-quality Development of Henan’s Health and Elderly Care Industry from the Perspective of Integration

加快推进健康养老产业发展是河南实现工业化、城镇化快速发展的必然要求。推动健康养老产业融合发展有利于推动供给侧结构性改革和培育新的经济增长点,对河南经济社会可持续健康发展具有重要意义。分析河南健康养老产业融合发展的必然性,提出健康养老产业与医疗保健、体育健身、文化旅游、房地产业、工业农业融合发展的五种模式,探讨河南健康养老产业融合发展面临的供给不足、基础薄弱、人才短缺、资金不足等困境,从“加强政府引导,完善产业融合体制机制;深化管理改革,激发产业发展活力;加强专业化培养,提高专业化水平;加大资金投入力度,鼓励社会力量参与”方面提出对策建议。

Accelerating the development of the health care industry is an inevitable requirement for Henan to realize the rapid development of industrialization and urbanization.Promoting the integrated development of the health and elderly care industry is conducive to promoting supply-side structural reforms and cultivating new economic growth points,and is of great significance to the sustainable and healthy development of Henan’s economy and society.Study the inevitability of the integrated development of Henan’s health and elderly care industry,put forward five models for the integrated development of the health and elderly care industry,medical care,sports fitness,cultural tourism,real estate,and industrial agriculture,and analyze the insufficient supply and weak foundation of the integrated development of Henan’s health and elderly care industry,Shortage of talents,insufficient funds and other dilemmas,from“strengthen government guidance,improve the industrial integration system and mechanism;deepen management reforms to stimulate the vitality of industrial development;strengthen professional training and improve the level of specialization;increase capital investment and encourage social forces to participate”Put forward countermeasures and suggestions.
