摘要
介绍了一种建筑垃圾处理过程中大量黏土砖的资源化利用方法。将建筑垃圾筛分、分选、破碎后得到黏土砖颗粒,利用球磨设备将黏土砖颗粒粉磨半小时后得到微粉,在砂浆、砌块等采用干硬性混凝土为原料的生产中作为掺合料代替部分水泥,通过采用醇胺类激发剂激发黏土砖微粉的活性,提高其后期强度,可提高建筑垃圾的资源化利用率,并降低产品的生产成本。
This paper introduces a resource utilization method of clay bricks in the process of construction waste treatment.The clay brick particles are obtained after screening,sorting and crushing the construction waste,and are ground for half an hour by ball mill equipment to obtain micro powder.In the production of mortar and block with harsh concrete as raw materials,they are used as admixtures to replace cement partly.The activity of clay brick micro powders is stimulated by alcohol amine activator to improve the later strength,which can improve the resource utilization rate of construction waste and reduce the production costs.
