Under the situation of energy conservation and emission reduction,the research and application of new energy electric vehicles is of great significance.In this regard,due to the late start and immature technology,China still lags far behind the overall development level of the world.After a comprehensive study of China's actual situation,this paper discusses the restrictive factors affecting the development of new energy electric vehicles and how to promote the industrial development pattern and mechanism.
