摘要
BIM技术促进了装配式建筑发展。本文基于BIM技术,研究装配式建筑施工质量管理。首先在系统性、动态性、协同性和可扩展性等原则下,构建装配式建筑施工质量管理体系。然后结合工程案例,运用质量管理体系对预制构件厂生产和施工现场吊装施工质量进行管理,提出碰撞检测、构件信息统计和项目进度信息等质量管理内容。
The development of BIM technology promotes prefabricated buildings.Based on BIM,this paper studies the construction quality management of prefabricated buildings.Firstly,under the construction principles of systematicness,dynamics,synergy and scalability,the construction quality management system of prefabricated building is constructed.Then,combined with engineering cases,the quality management system is used to manage the production of prefabricated component factory and the hoisting construction quality at the construction site,and the quality management contents such as collision detection,component information statistics and project progress information are put forward.
