河西特殊气候环境条件下公路沥青混凝土面层设计实践 被引量:2

摘要 柳敦二级公路维修改造工程地处敦煌市戈壁滩内,大温差、强紫外线等自然条件对沥青路面设计提出了较高要求。为了能满足该条件下沥青路面的设计要求,本文结合柳敦二级公路沥青混凝土面层设计实践,分析沥青混凝土路面结构组合原则,提出沥青路面面层结构设计方案。通过分析沥青混合料设计过程及指标发现,混合料油石比应比室内目标配合比设计的油石比小,其中AM-16混合料沥青饱和度宜在55%以下且尽量趋近50%,AC-13C混合料沥青饱和度宜小于70%并尽量接近65%。 Liudun secondary highway maintenance and reconstruction project is located in the Gobi desert in Dunhuang.Natural conditions such as large temperature difference and strong ultraviolet light impose higher requirements for asphalt pavement design.In order to meet the design requirements of asphalt pavement under this condition,combined with the design practice of asphalt concrete pavement of liudun highway,this paper analyzes the principle of asphalt concrete pavement structure,and puts forward the design scheme of asphalt pavement surface structure.By analyzing the asphalt mixture design process and indicators,it is found that the asphalt aggregate ratio of the mixture should be smaller than that of the indoor target mix design,in which the asphalt saturation of AM-16 mixture should be less than 55%and close to 50%,and the asphalt saturation of AC-13C mixture should be less than 70%and close to 65%.
