现场施工临时用电管理贯穿于项目建设施工全过程,临电的各类问题会影响现场施工的有序进行,临电安全是现场施工的必要前提。在实际工作中,由于建设方对临电宏观规划设计不科学,缺少临电宏观管控经验,造成现场临电综合管理混乱甚至失控,严重影响项目建设进度及安全。本文从地产项目建设临电宏观规划设计和综合管控角度对临电存在的常见问题进行分析,并提出切实可行的解决方案。

The management of temporary power consumption in site construction runs through the whole process of project construction.Kinds of problems in temporary power supply affect the orderly progress of site construction,and the safety and reliability of temporary power supply is the necessary premise of site construction.In practical work,the construction party's unscientific planning and design of the temporary power supply and lack of experience in the macro control of the temporary power supply lead to the confusion and even out of control of the comprehensive management of the temporary power supply on site,which seriously affects the construction progress and safety of the project.From the perspective of macro planning design and comprehensive management and control of temporary power supply in real estate project construction,this paper analyzes the common problems of temporary power supply,and puts forward practical solutions.
