高危型人乳头瘤病毒感染者生殖道解脲支原体感染情况的分析

Analysis of Ureaplasma Urealyticum Infection in the Reproductive Tract of High-risk Human Papillomavirus Patients

目的探讨高危型人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染者生殖道解脲支原体(UU)感染情况的分析。方法回顾性分析我院妇产科门诊2019年1月至2021年3月体检的380名女性的临床资料,采用PCR-反向点杂交基因分型技术对宫颈分泌物检测高危型HPV感染及基因分型,并对患者进行UU检测,了解其感染情况。设UU阳性检出者为观察组,阴性检出者为对照组,对两组HPV阳性率进行对比,并进一步分析HPV感染者亚型分布情况。结果UU感染检出人数120例,检出率31.58%;HPV感染检出人数106例,检出率27.89%,观察组HPV阳性率37.50%(45/120),对照组HPV阳性率23.46%(61/260),观察组与对照组的HPV阳性检出率存在显著差异(χ2=8.044,P<0.05);HPV感染者有13种HPV亚型被检出,其中构成比最高的为高危HPV52型,构成比21.70%,其次为HPV58型,构成比17.92%。结论UU感染会增加HPV感染的风险,因此需要提高警惕,临床治疗中加以重视。

Objective To explore the analysis of Ureaplasma urealyticum(UU)infection in the reproductive tract of high-risk human papillomavirus(HPV)patients.Methods Retrospectively analyzed.the clinical data of 380 women who made physical examination in our hospital from January 2019 to March 2021.PCR-reverse point hybridization genotyping was used to detect HPV infection and genotyping,and UU detection was performed on the patients.The patients with positive UU test were set as the observation group,and the patients with negative test were set as the control group.The positive rates of HPV in the two groups were compared,further analysis of the distribution of subtypes of HPV infection.Results A total of 120 cases of UU infection were detected,and the detection rate was 31.58%.The positive rate of HPV in the observation group was 37.50%(45/120),and the positive rate of HPV in the control group was 23.46%(61/260).The positive rate of HPV in the observation group and the control group was significantly different(χ2=8.044,P<0.05).Thirteen types of HPV subtypes were detected in HPV infected patients,the highest constituent ratio was high-risk HPV52 type(21.70%),followed by HPV58 type(17.92%).Conclusion UU infection can increase the risk of HPV infection,so it is necessary to pay more attention to the clinical treatment.
