银屑病患者外周血白细胞介素17、白细胞介素23 mRNA的表达及与病情相关性研究

Study on the Expression of Interleukin 17 and Interleukin 23 mRNA in Peripheral Blood of Patients with Psoriasis and its Correlation with Disease

目的本次研究的目的是探讨银屑病患者外周血白细胞介素17(IL-17)、白细胞介素23(IL-23)mRNA的表达及与病情相关性研究,为临床治疗提供更多的数据支持。方法本次研究于2020年1月至2021年2月开展,研究对象为在我院进行治疗的银屑病患者30例,作为观察组,另选取同时期的30名健康人作为对照组。两组都将会采用实时荧光定量反转方法进行外周血单核细胞IL-17、IL-23 mRNA表达数据进行对比分析,对观察组患者的IL-17、IL-23mRNA表达量与患者严重程度指数评分相关性进行分析。结果观察组患者血清中IL-17mRNA和IL-23mRNA表达明显高出对照组的健康人。观察组患者经治疗后血清中IL-17、IL-23mRNA的数值明显降低,患者外周血IL-17、IL-23mRNA的表达水平与PASI呈正相关(r值分别为0.61、0.52,P<0.05)。结论IL-17、IL-23 mRNA与患者病情程度有着一定的关系,但与患者年龄性别无直接关系,IL-17、IL-23 mRNA可能是引发银屑病的重要病因之一。

Objective The purpose of this study is to investigate the expression of interleukin-17(IL-17)and interleukin-23(IL-23)mRNA in peripheral blood of patients with psoriasis and its correlation with the disease,so as to provide more data support for clinical treatment.Methods This study was carried out from January 2020 to February 2021.The subjects were 30 patients with psoriasis treated in our hospital as the observation group and 30 healthy people in the same period as the control group.Both groups will use the real-time fluorescence quantitative inversion method to compare and analyze the expression data of IL-17 and IL-23 mRNA in peripheral blood monocytes,and analyze the correlation between the expression of IL-17 and IL-23 mRNA and the severity index score of patients in the observation group.Results The expression of IL-17 mRNA and IL-23 mRNA in the serum of patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that of healthy people in the control group.The values of IL-17 and IL-23 mRNA in serum of patients in the observation group decreased significantly after treatment.The expression levels of IL-17 and IL-23 mRNA in peripheral blood were positively correlated with PASI(R values were 0.61 and 0.52,respectively,P<0.05).Conclusion IL-17 and IL-23 mRNA have a certain relationship with the severity of the patient's condition,but have no direct relationship with the patient's age and gender.IL-17 and IL-23 mRNA may be one of the important etiologies of psoriasis.
