阿替普酶静脉溶栓对重症脑梗死患者的临床效果、神经及凝血功能的影响研究

Study on the Effect of Intravenous Thrombolysis with Alteplase on the Clinical Effect,Nerve and Coagulation Function of Patients with Severe Cerebral Infarction

目的探讨阿替普酶静脉溶栓对重症脑梗死患者的临床效果、神经及凝血功能的影响。方法本研究以我院于2018年12月至2020年12月收治的200例重症脑梗死患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为100例试验组和100例对照组。对照组采取传统的常规治疗方式。观察组采取阿替普酶静脉溶栓的治疗方法。观察并比较两组患者的治疗效果和NIHSS、不良反应发生率、凝血功能APTT、FIB以及TT、PT等方面的情况。结果试验组患者治疗总有效率明显比对照组高(P<0.05)。试验组患者不良反应发生率明显比对照组低(P<0.05)。治疗前,试验组和对照组患者NIHSS水平、凝血功能指标(APTT、FIB)无明显差异(P>0.05);治疗后,试验组和对照组患者的NIHSS水平、凝血功能APTT、FIB水平显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论阿替普酶静脉溶栓治疗重症脑梗死的临床预后情况分析,具有一定临床价值,值得在临床上加以广泛推广以及应用。

Objective To investigate the effect of intravenous thrombolysis with alteplase on the clinical effect,nerve and coagulation function of patients with severe cerebral infarction.Methods In this study,200 patients with severe cerebral infarction admitted to our hospital from December 2018 to December 2020 were taken as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into 100 cases experimental groups and 100 cases control groups.The control group took traditional conventional treatment,two weeks as a course of treatment.The observation group was treated with alteplase intravenous thrombolysis,two weeks as a course of treatment.Observe and compare the treatment effect and NIHSS,adverse reaction rate,coagulation function APTT,FIB,TT,PT and other aspects of the two groups of patients.Results The total effective rate of treatment for patients in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in NIHSS levels,the coagulation function(APTT,FIB)between the control group and the experimental group,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);after treatment,the NIHSS levels,the coagulation function(APTT,FIB)were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical prognosis analysis of intravenous thrombolysis with alteplase for severe cerebral infarction has certain clinical value and is worthy of being widely promoted and applied in clinical practice.
