阿卡波糖片联合甘精胰岛素治疗糖尿病患者的临床效果分析

Clinical Analysis of Acarbose Tablets combined with Insulin Glargine in the Treatment of Diabetic Patients

目的分析与研究阿卡波糖片联合甘精胰岛素治疗糖尿病患者的临床效果。方法本研究病历搜集开始时间为2017年7月,研究截至时间为2019年7月,研究对象为本院收治的70例糖尿病患者,以随机双盲数字表法将以上患者平均分为两组,其中,35例采取阿卡波糖片单一用药治疗(对比组),35例给予阿卡波糖片+甘精胰岛素联合用药治疗(研究组),比较临床效果(总有效率、血糖水平)。结果总有效率对比,对比组(80.00%)明显低于研究组(97.14%),P<0.05;治疗后,两组血糖水平等指标均有所降低,研究组降低幅度更加明显,P<0.05。结论给予糖尿病患者阿卡波糖片+甘精胰岛素联合用药治疗,治疗总有效率较高,改善血糖水平情况明显,整体疗效显著,具有较高的应用效果和价值。

Objective To analyze and study the clinical effect of acarbose tablets combined with insulin glargine in the treatment of diabetic patients.Method In a specific time period(July 2017-July 2019),70 patients with diabetes were selected,and the 70 patients selected for the study were divided into two groups by the random double-blind number table method,of which 35 patients were taken acarbose tablets single-drug treatment(comparison group),35 cases were treated with acarbose tablets+insulin glargine combined treatment(study group),and the clinical effects(total effective rate,blood sugar level)were compared.Results The total effective rate of the study group(97.14%)was higher than that of the control group(80.00%),the difference was significant,P<0.05;after treatment,the blood glucose levels and other indicators of the two groups were reduced,and the reduction in the study group was more obvious,P<0.05.Conclusion Acarbose tablets+insulin glargine combined treatment for diabetic patients has a higher total effective rate of treatment,a significant improvement in blood sugar levels,and an outstanding overall curative effect,with high application effects and value.
