Objective To analyze the effect and clinical effect of tigecycline on the immune function of patients with multi-drug resistant bacteria infection in ICU.Methods From April 2018 to April 2019,96 patients with multi-drug resistant bacteria infection who were treated in the ICU of our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 48 cases in each. The observation group was treated with cefoperazone and sulbactam combined with tigecycline, and the control group was routinely treated with cefoperazone and sulbactam.Compare the effects of two groups of patients after different treatments.Results(1)The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group[93.75%(45/48)]was significantly higher than that of the control group[75.00%(36/48)],which was statistically different(P<0.05).(2)The observation group[4.17%(2/48)]there was no difference in the incidence of adverse reactions compared with the control group[6.25%(3/48)],and the difference was no statistically significant(P>0.05).(3)The improvement of IgA,IgM,IgG,NK cells in the observation group after treatment was significantly better than that of the control group, with statistical differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Cefoperazone and sulbactam combined with tigecycline for the treatment of ICU patients with multi-drug resistant bacteria infection can improve the efficacy and improve the immune function under the premise of ensuring safety, and it is worth recommending.
