免疫层析技术和化学发光法免疫分析法在梅毒检测中的效果对比 被引量:3

摘要 目的比较免疫层析技术和化学发光免疫分析法应用在梅毒检验当中的效果差异。方法本文调查时间选择2018年5月至2019年10月来我中心进行梅毒检测的66例疑似梅毒感染患者作为本文的调查对象,所有研究对象均选择采用免疫层析技术和化学发光免疫分析方法进行梅毒检验,同时应用TPPA法作为检验的金标准,评价免疫层析技术和化学发光免疫分析法对梅毒检验的效果和准确性。结果经过TPPA检验确诊梅毒感染63例,确诊率为95.45%;免疫层析技术的敏感度为95.24%,特异度为100.00%,准确度为95.45%;化学发光免疫分析方法检验的敏感度为93.65%,特异度为33.33%,准确度为90.91%。总体上免疫层析技术诊断稍优于化学发光免疫分析法,但两组之间无明显差异,P>0.05;两组分别和TPPA相比,也无明显的差异性,P>0.05。结论临床在对梅毒进行检验的过程中通过免疫层析技术方法和化学发光免疫分析方法检验均能够获得较为满意的检验效果。 Objective To compare the effect of immunochromatography and chemiluminescence immunoassay in syphilis testing.Methods The investigation time of this article selected 66 patients with suspected syphilis infection who came to our center for syphilis testing from May 2018 to October 2019 as the subjects of this article.All research subjects selected immunochromatography and chemiluminescence immunoassay methods.For syphilis testing,the TPPA method is also used as the gold standard for testing to evaluate the effectiveness and accuracy of immunochromatographic techniques and chemiluminescence immunoassays for syphilis testing.Results 63 cases of syphilis infection were confirmed after TPPA test,the confirmed rate was 95.45%,the sensitivity of immunochromatography was 95.24%,the specificity was 100.00%,and the accuracy was 95.45%;the sensitivity of chemiluminescence immunoassay was 93.65%,the specificity was 33.33%and the accuracy is 90.91%.In general,immunochromatographic diagnosis is slightly better than chemiluminescence immunoassay,but there is no significant difference between the two groups,P>0.05;compared with TPPA,there is no significant difference between the two groups,P>0.05.Conclusion In the clinical examination of syphilis,both immunochromatographic techniques and chemiluminescence immunoassay methods can obtain satisfactory results.
