血塞通联合前列地尔治疗脑梗死患者的效果观察

To Observe the Effect of Xuesaitong Combined with Alprostadil in the Treatment of Patients with Cerebral Infarction

目的评价血塞通和前列地尔联合应用对脑梗死进行治疗的效果。方法本文行分组对照试验,将2019年1月至2020年10月到我院进行治疗的180例脑梗死患者应用抽签法则分为观察组和对照组,两组例数等量,均为90例。观察组行血塞通+前列地尔法治疗,对照组行前列地尔法治疗,分别计算两组相关数据统计结果,并做统计学比较。结果观察组的治疗有效率明显高于对照组,不良反应发生率明显低于对照组,治疗结束以后的NIHSS评分和ADL评分优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床对脑梗死患者治疗时用通过血塞通+前列地尔所取得的效果明显优于单纯前列地尔的效果,值得推广。

Objective To evaluate the effect of combined application of Xuesaitong and Alprostadil on cerebral infarction.Methods In this paper,a grouped control experiment was conducted.180 patients with cerebral infarction who came to our hospital for treatment from January 2019 to October 2020 were divided into observation group and control group by lottery method.The two groups had the same number of cases,both of which were 90 cases.The observation group underwent Xuesaitong+alprostadil treatment,and the control group underwent alprostadil treatment.The statistical results of the two groups were calculated and statistically compared.Results The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the incidence of adverse reactions were significantly lower than that of the control group.NIHSS score and ADL score after treatment were better than those of the control group,and the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of Xuesaitong+alprostadil in the treatment of patients with cerebral infarction is significantly better than that of alprostadil alone,which is worthy of promotion.
