健康教育在老年人心血管内科护理中的应用分析

Analysis of the Application of Health Education in the Elderly Cardiovascular Internal Medicine Nursing

目的分析健康教育在老年人心血管内科护理中的应用效果。方法从我院2018年3月至2019年3月心血管内科接诊的患者中选130例老年患者。根据随机数字表方法分为两组,对照组(n=65)和观察组(n=65)。所有患者均采取相同治疗措施,对照组接受常规性护理措施,观察组则在对照组基础上展开健康教育。分析不同护理模式取得的临床效果。结果对比两组患者护理满意度,观察组(96.92%)要高于对照组(78.46%)(P<0.05);对比两组患者治疗依从性,观察组患者(100.00%)要高于对照组(81.54%)(P<0.05);对比两组患者护理后门诊随访评分、用药评分、健康知识掌握评分以及生活方式评分,观察组患者的各项评分都高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在向心内科老年患者提供护理服务的过程中,全程贯穿健康教育可明显提高护理满意度,可改善患者临床治疗依从性,对于提高患者预后具有显著的效果。

Objective Tto analyze the effect of health education in the elderly cardiovascular internal medicine nursing.Methods From March 2018 to March 2019,130 elderly patients were selected.According to the method of random number table,there were 65 cases in the control group and the observation group.All patients took the same treatment measures,the control group received routine nursing measures,and the observation group carried out health education on the basis of the control group.To analyze the clinical effect of different nursing modes.Results Comparing the care satisfaction of the two groups of patients,the observation group(96.92%)was higher than the control group(78.46%)(P<0.05);comparing the treatment compliance of the two groups of patients,the observation group(100.00%)Is higher than that of the control group(81.54%)(P<0.05);comparing the two groups of patients'outpatient follow-up scores,medication scores,health knowledge scores,and lifestyle scores,the observation group The scores of all items were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the process of providing nursing services for elderly patients in cardiology department,health education throughout the whole process can significantly improve nursing satisfaction,improve patients'clinical treatment compliance,and improve patients'prognosis.
