延续护理对老年冠心病患者自护能力与遵医行为的影响

The Effect of Continuous Nursing on the Self-care Ability and Compliance Behavior of Elderly Patients with Coronary Heart Disease

目的分析老年冠心病患者护理需求,评价延续护理干预对患者自护能力、遵医行为的影响。方法选择我院心内科2020年3~12月的老年冠心病患者112例。依据随机数字表法,分为常规护理、配合延续护理的两组(对照组、观察组),比较自护能力、遵医行为的组间差异。结果观察组患者用药、饮食、情绪、作息、运动遵医行为率高于对照组,P<0.05。观察组自护能力评分、生活质量(躯体功能、心理功能、社会功能、物质生活)评分均高于对照组,P<0.05。结论延续护理辅助可以提升老年冠心病患者的自护能力、遵医行为,进而提升患者的生活质量。

Objective To analyze the nursing needs of elderly patients with coronary heart disease,and to evaluate the impact of continued nursing intervention on patients'self-care ability and compliance behavior.Methods A total of 112 patients with coronary heart disease old patients from March 2020 to December 2020 in the Department of Cardiology of our hospital were selected.According to the random number table method,they were divided into 2 groups(control group and observation group)of conventional nursing and cooperating with continuous nursing,and the nursing effects such as selfcare ability and compliance behavior were compared.Results The observation group had higher rates of medication,diet,mood,work and rest,and exercise compliance behavior than the control group,P<0.05.The scores of self-care ability and quality of life(physical function,mental function,social function,material life)of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion Continued nursing assistance can improve the selfcare ability and compliance behavior of elderly patients with coronary heart disease,thereby improving the quality of life of patients.
