综合护理对慢性鼻窦炎鼻内镜手术患者术后生理与心理不适感的影响

Effect of Comprehensive Nursing on Postoperative Physical and Psychological Discomfort in Patients with Chronic Sinusitis Undergoing Endoscopic Sinus Surgery

目的研究慢性鼻窦炎鼻内镜手术患者术后实施综合护理后对生理和心理的影响效果。方法研究资料为2016年2月至2019年8月本院收治的68例慢性鼻窦炎患者,将其随机分为两组各34例,常规组34例患者实施常规护理,试验组34例患者实施综合护理,观察两组慢性鼻窦炎患者的护理影响。结果试验组患者的护理总有效率(94.12%)显著高于常规组(76.47%),组间差异明显(P<0.05);试验组患者的生理情况评分和心理情况评分均优于常规组,组间差异明显(P<0.05)。结论综合护理干预可以有效改善慢性鼻窦炎鼻内镜手术患者术后生理和心理的不适感。

Objective To study the effects of postoperative comprehensive nursing on the physiological and psychological effects of patients with chronic sinusitis during endoscopic sinus surgery.Methods The data of 68 patients with chronic sinusitis admitted to our hospital from February to September 2019 were randomly divided into two groups:34 patients in the conventional group and 34 patients in the experimental group.Comprehensive nursing,observe the nursing effects of two groups of patients with chronic sinusitis.Results The total effective rate of the patients in the experimental group(94.12%)was significantly higher than that in the conventional group(76.47%),and the difference between the groups was significant(P<0.05).The physiological scores and psychological scores of the experimental group were better than the conventional group.The difference between the groups was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively improve the postoperative physical and psychological discomfort of patients with chronic sinusitis and endoscopic sinus surgery.
