护理干预在四肢创伤性骨折患者治疗中的应用效果观察

Effect of Nursing Intervention on the Treatment of Traumatic Fractures of Extremities

目的探究护理干预应用在四肢创伤性骨折患者治疗中的护理效果。方法将2018年4月至2019年5月来我院治疗的76例四肢创伤性骨折患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组38例。在常规治疗的基础之上分别对两组患者配合优质护理和常规护理,比较不同护理的效果。结果①经不同护理后观察组患者的并发症发生率[5.26%(2/38)]明显低于对照组[23.68%(9/38)],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。②观察组患者的护理满意度[94.74%(36/38)]明显高于对照组[73.68%(28/38)],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对四肢创伤性骨折患者实施优质护理可有效减轻并发症对患者产生的影响,提升患者护理满意度的有效措施,值得推荐。

Objective To explore the effect of nursing intervention in the treatment of patients with traumatic fractures of extremities.Methods A total of 76 patients with traumatic fractures of limbs who came to our hospital for treatment from April 2018 to May 2019 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 38 cases in each group.On the basis of conventional treatment,the two groups of patients were matched with high-quality nursing and conventional nursing,to compare the effects of different nursing.Results(1)The complication rate of the observation group[5.26%(2/38)]after different nursing care was significantly lower than that of the control group[23.68%(9/38)],the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)The nursing satisfaction of patients in the observation group[94.74%(36/38)]was significantly higher than that of the control group[73.68%(28/38)],and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of high-quality care for patients with traumatic fractures of the limbs can effectively reduce the impact of complications on the patients and improve the patient's nursing satisfaction.Effective measures are worth recommending.
