探究高龄高危患者采用经尿道前列腺电切术的围手术期护理体会

To Explore the Perioperative Nursing Experience of Transurethral Resection of Prostate in Elderly and High-risk Patients

目的探究应用经尿道前列腺电切术治疗的高龄高危患者围手术期开展优质护理的体会。方法本次试验对象选自2017年9月至2018年9月在本院进行治疗的87例高龄高危患者,对其按照入院时间进行分组,试验组开展优质护理(n=44),对照组开展常规护理(n=43),对比两种干预中对并发症率及护理满意度产生的影响。结果试验组患者的并发症率11.36%较对照组患者的30.23%显著降低;患者满意度95.45%较对照组患者的76.74%显著提升,有明显差异(P<0.05)。结论应用经尿道前列腺电切术治疗的高龄高危患者围手术期开展优质护理,能够极大的降低患者术后并发症,有效提升患者的满意度。

Objective To explore the experience of high-quality perioperative care for elderly and high-risk patients treated by transurethral resection of the prostate.Methods Eighty-seven elderly and high-risk patients who were treated in our hospital from September 2017 to September 2018 were divided into two groups according to admission time.The experimental group received high-quality nursing(n=44)and the control group received routine nursing(n=43).The effects of the two interventions on complication rate and nursing satisfaction were compared.Results The complication rate of the experimental group was 11.36%lower than that of the control group(30.23%),and the satisfaction rate of the patients was 95.45%higher than that of the control group(76.74%,P<0.05).Conclusion High-quality perioperative care for elderly and high-risk patients treated by transurethral resection of the prostate can greatly reduce postoperative complications and effectively improve patient satisfaction.
