预见性护理模式对老年卒中后胃食管反流患者的干预效果观察

The Effect of Predictive Nursing Mode on the Elderly Patients with Gastroesophageal Reflux after Stroke

目的分析预见性护理模式在卒中后胃食管反流(简称GERD)老年患者护理中应用效果。方法选取2020年6月至2021年5月在福州市某三级老年医院接受治疗的老年卒中患者89例,按随机数字表的方法,随机分为对照组(45例,实施常规护理组),观察组(44例,实施预见性护理组),比较两组患者发生吸入性肺炎情况、护理质量、生活质量和家属满意度。结果在吸入性肺炎发生率方面比较,观察组(4.55%)低于对照组(22.22%)(P<0.05);在护理质量方面比较,观察组[(99.98±0.02)分]高于对照组[(86.19±0.31)分](P<0.05);在生活质量方面比较,观察组[(81.93±5.26)分]优于对照组[(72.94±5.17)分](P<0.05);在家属满意度方面比较,观察组(100.00%)高于对照组(86.67%)(P<0.05)。结论实施预见性护理可降低卒中后胃食管反流诱发吸入性肺炎风险,提升护理干预质量、家属满意度,改善卒中老年病例生活质量。

Objective To analyze the application effect of predictive nursing model in elderly patients with gastroesophageal reflux(GERD)after stroke.Methods Eighty-nine elderly stroke patients who were treated in a tertiary geriatric hospital in Fuzhou from June 2020 to may 2021 were selected and randomly divided into control group(routine nursing group)with 45 cases and observation group(predictive nursing group)with 44 cases according to the random number table method.Results The incidence of aspiration pneumonia in the observation group(4.55%)was lower than that in the control group(22.22%)(P<0.05);the nursing quality of the observation group(99.98±0.02)point was higher than that in the control group(86.19±0.31)points(P<0.05);The quality of life in the observation group(81.93±5.26)points was better than the control group[(72.94±5.17)point](P<0.05);the family satisfaction of the observation group(100.00%)was higher than that of the control group(86.67%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of predictive nursing can reduce the risk of aspiration pneumonia induced by gastroesophageal reflux after stroke,improve the quality of nursing intervention and family satisfaction,and improve the quality of life of elderly patients with stroke.
