探究腹腔镜下行子宫肌瘤切除术的手术室护理配合方法

To Explore the Nursing Cooperation Method in the Operating Room of Laparoscopic Hysteromyomectomy

目的探讨腹腔镜下行子宫肌瘤切除术的手术室护理配合方法。方法选取于本院进行腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤切除术的患者290例,根据等量电脑随机方法分组,两组各145例,对照组给予常规护理配合,干预组给予手术室护理配合,对比两组护理配合效果。结果干预组患者肛门排气时间、住院时间明显短于对照组,并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05);而两组术中出血量、手术时间比较无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论腹腔镜下行子宫肌瘤切除术的手术室护理配合效果较显著,可有效提高手术安全性与有效性,能及时预防手术相关并发症,有助于减轻手术对机体的损伤。

Objective To explore the nursing cooperation method in the operating room of laparoscopic hysteromyomectomy.Methods Two hundred and ninety patients who underwent laparoscopic hysteromyomectomy in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups,145 patients in each group.The control group was given routine nursing cooperation,while the intervention group was given operation room nursing cooperation,and the effect of nursing cooperation between the two groups was compared.Results The time of anal exhaust and hospitalization time in the intervention group were significantly shorter than those in the control group,and the incidence of complications was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no difference in the amount of bleeding and operation time between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic hysteromyomectomy in the operating room nursing cooperation effect is remarkable,can effectively improve the safety and effectiveness of surgery,can timely prevent surgery-related complications,help to reduce the body injury caused by surgery.
