快速康复外科理念在髋关节周围性骨折围手术期的护理效果

To Study the Nursing Effect of Rapid Rehabilitation Surgery Concept in Perioperative Period of Hip Joint Peripheral Fracture

目的针对髋关节周围性骨折围手术期实施快速康复外科护理支持,进一步提升护理协助疗效。方法试验选取2018年6月至2020年6月我院收治的髋关节周围性骨折的患者90例作为本次调研的对象,应用随机数字法分为两组。对照组患者45例采用常规护理措施,观察组45例则采用快速康复外科护理理念开展对应工作,对比护理效果。结果从护理质量上看,观察组患者的生活质量有明显的改善,且各方面指标优于对照组,对比具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在围手术期并发症的调查上,观察组患者的发生率为4.44%(2/45),低于对照组的15.56%(7/45),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在住院时间的对比中,观察组的用时为(14.90±2.55)d,低于对照组的(20.18±3.10)d,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用快速康复外科护理理念整改护理措施,对于髋关节周围性骨折围手术期患者的康复治疗十分有效,可改善生活质量。

Objective The experiment will implement rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing support for peri-operative hip fracture,so as to further improve the curative effect of nursing assistance.Methods The experiment selected 90 patients with peripheral hip fractures admitted to our hospital from June 2018 to June 2020 as the subjects of this investigation,and divided into two groups by random number method.Patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing measures,while those in the observation group were treated with the concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery to carry out corresponding work and compare the nursing effects.Results In terms of nursing quality,the quality of life of patients in the observation group was significantly improved,and all indicators were better than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The incidence of perioperative complications in the observation group was 4.44%(2/45),which was lower than that in the control group(15.56%,7/45),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the comparison of hospital stay,the time spent in the observation group was(14.90±2.55)days,while that in the control group was(20.18±3.10)days,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Using the concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery to rectify nursing measures is very effective in the perioperative rehabilitation of patients with peripheral hip fractures,which can improve the quality of life and has clinical significance.
