细节护理在颅脑外伤患者护理中的应用价值及满意度分析

Application Value and Satisfaction Analysis of Detail Nursing in Patients with Craniocerebral Trauma

目的分析细节护理在颅脑外伤患者护理中的应用价值及满意度。方法100例颅脑外伤患者作为研究对象抽签分组法分为对照组(n=50)、试验组(n=50),病例采集时间为2019年1月至2021年1月。对照组颅脑外伤患者实施常规护理干预,试验组颅脑外伤患者实施细节护理干预,分析应用价值及满意度。结果与对照组颅脑外伤患者比较,试验组并发症发生率2.00%较低,有明显差异(χ^(2)=4.891,P<0.05)。试验组颅脑外伤患者住院天数(20.24±3.21)d,对照组颅脑外伤患者住院天数(24.44±3.76)d,有明显差异(t=6.007,P<0.05)。试验组患者家属满意度(92.46±5.32)分,对照组患者家属满意度(86.66±5.09)分,有明显差异(t=5.570,P<0.001)。结论细节护理在颅脑外伤患者护理中的应用价值体现在可降低并发症发生率,减少住院天数,提高患者满意度。

Objective To analyze the application value and satisfaction of detail nursing in patients with craniocerebral trauma.Methods 100 patients with traumatic brain injury were divided into control group(n=50)and experimental group(n=50)by drawing lots.The cases were collected from January 2019 to January 2021.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,the experimental group was given detailed nursing intervention,and the application value and satisfaction were analyzed.Results Compared with the control group,the incidence of complications in the experimental group was 2.00%,with statistical significance(χ^(2)=4.891,P<0.05).The hospitalization days of the experimental group and the control group were(20.24±3.21)ays,(24.44±3.76)days,with statistical significance(t=6.007,P<0.05).The satisfaction of family members of patients in the experimental group was(92.46±5.32),and that of patients in the control group was(86.66±5.09),with statistical significance(t=5.570,P<0.001).Conclusion The application value of detail nursing in the nursing of patients with craniocerebral trauma can reduce the incidence of complications,reduce the length of hospital stay,and improve patient satisfaction.
