摘要
引线陶瓷电容器内部引线的焊接效果,将影响其成品的质量以及二次焊接工艺。为了避免引线陶瓷电容器二次焊接内部焊料的重熔,采用熔点为240℃~250℃的金属成分Sn90Sb10高温无铅焊料用于内部引线的焊接工艺中。通过三条产品生产线生产的三种不同温度特性的0805尺寸引线陶瓷电容器,共9个批次9000只产品,通过两组过程检验项目和七组成品检验项目验证工艺的可行性。实验项目检验结果均合格,初步验证了高温焊料焊接工艺的可行性。
The welding effect of the lead wire inside the lead ceramic capacitor will affect the quality of the finished product and the secondary welding process.In order to avoid remelting of internal solder during secondary welding of lead ceramic capacitors,Sn90Sb10 metal component with melting point of 240℃~250℃is used in internal lead welding process.Three kinds of lead ceramic capacitors of 0805 size with different temperature characteristics are produced through three production lines,a total of 9 batches of 9000 products.The feasibility of the process was verified by two groups of process inspection items and seven components inspection items.The test results of all the experimental items are qualified,preliminarily proving the feasibility of high temperature solder welding process.
