摘要
电气间隙和爬电距离测量是各类电子电器必不可少的安全测试项目。该文介绍了在进行低压电器产品的电气间隙和爬电距离测量不确定度评定时,如何建立数学模型和测量模型,并通过实例计算和结果判定验证了方法的可行性,有助于提高测量的准确性,为相关试验人员提供借鉴,具有实际指导意义。
Electrical clearance and creepage distance measurement is an essential safety test item for all kinds of electronic appliances.This paper introduces how to establish the mathematical model and measurement model when evaluating the measurement uncertainty of electrical clearance and creepage distance of lowvoltage electrical products,and verifies the feasibility of the method through example calculation and result judgment,which is helpful to improve the accuracy of measurement and provide reference for relevant testers.It has practical guiding significance.
