摘要
通过提取苍蝇、鸡肝、蚯蚓血清、牛肉和马鲛鱼中的乙酰胆碱酯酶,配合农药残留检测仪,比较5种不同来源的乙酰胆碱酯酶对农药残留快速检测灵敏度的影响。结果表明:5种不同来源的乙酰胆碱酯酶对农药的灵敏度存在较大差异,蚯蚓血清中的乙酰胆碱酯酶对农药的灵敏度较强,对辛硫磷的灵敏度达0.2mg/kg,对敌百虫的灵敏度达0.1mg/kg。
The effects of five different sources of acetylcholinesterase on rapid detection sensitivity of pesticide residues were obtained by extracting acetylcholinesterase from fly,the liver of chicken,the serum of earthworm,beef and mackerel.The results showed that the sensitivity of five different sources of acetylcholinesterase to pesticides was different,the sensitivity of acetylcholinesterase to pesticides in the serum of earthworm was strong,and The sensitivity of phoxim can reach 0.2mg/kg,0.1mg/kg for trichlorfon.
