摘要
该文梳理了房县食用菌产业的历史渊源及栽培模式演变,从产业规模、栽培技术、发展模式、企业发展及产品品牌等方面分析了产业现状,剖析了存在的问题,并针对性提出了加强良种推广应用、普及标准化生产、推行市场化经营、实施品牌化战略等发展对策。
This paper combeds the historical origin and the evolution of cultivation mode of edible fungus industry in Fangxian County,and analyzes the current situation of the industry from the aspects of industrial scale,cultivation technology,development mode,enterprise development and product brand.The problems are analyzed.Targeting measures are put forward to strengthen the management of superior varieties,popularize standardized production,carry out market-based management and implement the strategy of brand development.
