摘要
目前,随着我国工业化、城镇化步伐的加快,耕地资源呈逐年下降的趋势。因此,大力推进耕地质量提升项目建设对于耕地的合理布局、进一步完善农田基础设施条件、提高粮食产量有着重要作用。该研究选择7个区域耕地质量提升项目为对象,使用熵权可拓物元模型和投入-增值效益评价体系2种方法评价耕地质量提升项目的效益,分析耕地质量提升项目综合效益和增值效益。
At present,with the acceleration of China's industrialization and urbanization,cultivated land resources are declining year by year.Therefore,vigorously promoting the construction of cultivated land quality improvement project plays an important role in the rational distribution of cultivated land,further improving the conditions of farm-land infrastructure,and improving food production.In this paper,seven regional cultivated land quality improvement projects are selected as the research objects,and the entropy weight extension matter-element model and input value added benefit evaluation system are used to evaluate the benefits of cultivated land quality improvement projects,and the comprehensive benefits and value-added benefits of cultivated land quality improvement projects are analyzed.
