Overseas engineering projects should be born in the big environment,and need to face all kinds of complicated problems directly.Because of the long equipment manufacturing cycle,it has become a key factor restricting the project time limit.In order to meet the requirements of the general contract,the situation of moving equipment purchased from Europe and America is even more complicated.This paper summarizes and puts forward some suggestions on how to identify risks before starting procurement and various matters needing attention in the process of contract implementation.
