摘要
文章研究一种低密度水泥浆体系的温度适用性,该水泥浆体系以“G”级油井水泥为基质,为解决该低密度水泥浆体系温度广泛适用性的问题,由复配胶凝材料、减轻材料及油田固井常用水泥添加剂构建而成。经研究表明:水泥浆密度1.50 g/cm^(3),具有广泛的温度适用区间,在30~110℃范围内,水泥浆常规浆体性能良好,稠化时间可调,早期强度发展较快。
This paper studies the temperature applicability of a low-density cement slurry system,which is based on"G"grade oil well cement.In order to solve the problem of wide temperature applicability of the low-density cement slurry system,it is constructed by combining cementing materials,mitigating materials and cement additives commonly used in oil field cementing.The results show that the density of cement slurry is 1.50 g/cm^(3),which has a wide range of temperature application.In the range of 30~110℃,the performance of conventional cement slurry is good,the thickening time is adjustable,and the early strength develops quickly.
