海上压力容器腐蚀检测技术效果分析

摘要 海上压力容器所处环境相对较为特殊,可能会因为材料锈蚀速率相关损伤以及容器材质等应力损伤而造成腐蚀问题,在容器出现腐蚀问题之后,不仅会造成直接的经济损失,同时也会对相关生产产生直接影响,危害较为明显。文章将通过对压力容器基本情况的介绍,通过对腐蚀问题的分析,对容器腐蚀检测技术效果展开全面性探讨,希望能够为压力容器应用提供一定参考。 The environment of offshore pressure vessels is relatively special,which may cause corrosion problems due to corrosion rate related damage of materials and stress damage of vessel materials.After the corrosion of vessels,it will not only cause direct economic losses,but also have a direct impact on related production,and the harm is obvious.Through the introduction of the basic situation of pressure vessels and the analysis of corrosion problems,this paper makes a comprehensive discussion on the effect of vessel corrosion detection technology,hoping to provide some reference for the application of pressure vessels.
