复杂破碎地层双筒连续取心技术及应用

摘要 针对伊拉克M油田某井Ф209.55 mm井段裂缝性灰岩储层埋藏深,取心段长,井下复杂情况多等问题,采用单趟钻双筒连续取心技术,优化取心工艺技术措施,顺利完成该井取心作业。本井连续取心309 m,累计心长307.47 m,收获率达99.50%。该技术在深部复杂破碎地层的成功应用,不仅保证井下安全及收获率,提高了作业时效,节约了成本,同时为该区块及后续类似地层取心积累了宝贵经验。 According to the status of the fractured limestone reservoir,deep imbedding depth,long coring interval,complex down hole conditions etc.in Iraq M OilfieldФ209.55 mm hole,the single drill string for double-barrel continuous coring technology is adopted to optimize the coring technology measures,so as to finish the coring operation successfully.The well continuous coring cumulative 309 m,the length of core is 307.47 m,and the core recovery rate is up to 99.50%.The successful application of the technology in deep complex broken formation,not only ensures down hole safety and high recovery rate,improves the operation efficiency and saves cost,but also accumulates valuable experience for the subsequent similar formation coring.
