探析采气管线水合物堵塞原因及处理措施

摘要 当前,要想节省产能建造时长,缩减投入成本,某气田应用了建造高压采气管线,完成无人值守建站方法。然而,毕竟管线投入生产早期井下杂物非常多,运转压力大等因素,导致管线冬季堵塞频率提升,严重干扰到气井日常生产。文章主要针对高压采气管线水合堵塞产生原因及其处理措施进行解析,高效地防止与处理了高压采气管线水合物堵塞难题,保证了气井日常生产,通过生产实际检查顺应于现场。 At present,in order to save the construction time of production capacity and reduce the cost of investment,a gas field has applied the method of constructing high pressure gas production pipeline and completing unattended station construction.However,after all,there are many sundries and high operating pressure in the early stage of pipeline production,which leads to the increase of plugging frequency in winter and seriously interferes with the daily production of gas wells.This paper mainly analyzes the causes and treatment measures of hydrate blockage of high-pressure gas production pipeline,effectively prevents and deals with the problem of hydrate blockage of high-pressure gas production pipeline,and ensures the daily production of gas wells,and conforms to the site through actual inspection.
