Application of Integrated Management System Construction based on Road Access Control and Oil Payment Operation of Product Oil Depot

近年来,成品油库公路付油作业已经逐渐成为国内成品油配送业务领域内事故多发、易发的重点环节。其作业过程中,外来人员及车辆入库作业带来的输入性安全环保风险,是油库管理的重点及难点。文章以油库定量装车、油库管理信息系统为基础,探索视频识别、安全联锁、大数据分析等技术应用与实践。形成一整套成品油库门禁与付油作业综合管理信息系统解决方案,进一步增强了油库本质安全管理水平。

In recent years,the highway loading operations of oil depots has gradually become the key link with frequent and prone accidents in the field of domestic product oil distribution business.In the process of operation,the imported safety and environmental risks brought by the storage of external personnel and vehicles are the key and difficult points in the management of the oil depot.Based on the quantitative loading of oil depots and the management information system of oil depots,this paper explores the application and practice of video identification,security interlocking,big data analysis and other technologies.A complete set of integrated management system solution for access control and oil payment operation of oil depot is formed,which further enhances the intrinsic safety management level of oil depot.
