摘要
当前,乙烯装置急冷油泵属于高危泵,一旦单端面机械密封出现问题,势必导致装置暂停或危害四周环境及造成人身损伤等一系列问题,基于此,急需有效改造单端面机械密封,使其变成双端面机械密封。接下来就针对乙烯装置急冷油泵机械密封受损的起因,详细阐述了机械密封及其系统措施与双端面机械密封运转基本原理,最终给出了处置策略。以使机械密封系统升级改造完成之后机泵可平稳运行,进一步延长机泵的使用期限。
At present,the quench oil pump of ethylene plant is considered as a high-risk pump.Once there is a problem with the single face mechanical seal,it is bound to cause a series of problems,such as plant suspension or damage to the surrounding environment and body.Based on this,it is urgent to transform the single face mechanical seal into a double face mechanical seal.Next,aiming at the causes of mechanical seal damage of quench oil pump in ethylene plant,the mechanical seal and its system measures as well as the basic operation principle of double face mechanical seal are elaborated in detail,and finally the disposal strategy is given.So that after the mechanical seal system upgrading is completed,the pump can run smoothly,further extending the service life of the pump.
