摘要
研究冷却塔的运行状况,总结、分析、对比风机改造后,水轮机运行中振动大的原因,从风机、风筒、配水管等几方面入手,通过借鉴更新换代后的水轮机技术,对上述方面进行了相应的技术改造,恢复了原设计冷却负荷,取得了良好的运行效果,为各装置高效运行提供了保障。
The operation condition of the cooling tower was investigated in this study.The reason of large vibration in the operation of the turbine was described after we summarized,analyzed and compared the draught fan which was renovated.The corresponding technical reformation has carried on,which included the blower,ram,distribution pipe under the help of the upgraded turbine technology.Our results showed that the original design cooling load was restored and the good effect of the operation was obtained.This study provided the safeguard for the device to run efficiently.
