摘要
建设一流本科教育的根本在于培养优秀本科人才,核心在于优化本科教学,关键在于变革教师教学评价制度。从这一要求和评价制度的特性来看,我国研究型大学教师教学评价制度存在着主体之间实质态度与取向的矛盾、教与学在内容与联结性方面的矛盾、教学与科研在地位与比重上的矛盾。为了构建对一流本科教育的制度支持,要实现研究型大学教师教学评价制度从管理—科学主义评价到专业—建构主义评价的逻辑转向,具体要从驱动—问责评价转向联动—发展评价、从“教师之教”的评价转向“学习之教”的评价、从片面的教学评价转向融合的教学评价。
The foundation of building first-class undergraduate education lies in cultivating outstanding undergraduate talents,the core lies in optimizing undergraduate teaching,and the key lies in reforming the teaching evaluation system for teachers.From the perspective of these requirements and the characteristics of the teachers’evaluation system in research-oriented universities in China,there are contradictions in substantive attitudes and orientations between subjects,conflict in content and connection between teaching and learning,and inconsistency in the proportion of the status of teaching and scientific research.In order to achieve system support for first-class undergraduate education,it is necessary to transform the university teachers'teaching evaluation system from the management-scientific evaluation to professional-constructive evaluation,specifically change the driving-accountability evaluation to linkage-development evaluation,shift the evaluation of teaching to evaluation of learning,and adjust the one-sided teaching evaluation with integrated teaching evaluation.
