电芬顿法降解废旧锂电池放电废水COD研究 被引量:7

摘要 针对废旧锂电池的放电废水高盐度、高COD、pH偏低、难生化降解的有机污染水体的特性,采用电芬顿氧化法处理该废水。结果表明,在pH为4,Fe^(2+)投加量为0.5 mmol/L,电流为1.5 A时,降解效率达到为优。在此条件下,电解8 h后废水中COD的去除率可达85%以上。废水的主要有机污染物为碳酸乙烯酯、碳酸甲乙酯和碳酸二乙酯,在降解过程中碳酸酯类物质经氧化分解成乙二醇,再进一步被氧化成乙酸,最后矿化为H_(2)O和CO_(2)。该法并不用添加额外电解质,不用调节pH,且处理效果较好,是一种有效的放电废水处理方法。 Aimed at the characteristics of high salinity,high COD,low pH,and difficult to biochemically degradation of the discharge wastewater of waste lithium batteries,the electric Fenton oxidation method was used to treat the wastewater.The results showed that,the degradation efficiency reached the optimum when the pH was 4 and the dosage of Fe^(2+) was 0.5 mmol/L and the current was 1.5 A.Under this condition,the removal rate of COD in the wastewater could reach over 85%after 8 h of electrolysis.The main organic pollutants in wastewater were ethylene carbonate,ethyl methyl carbonate and diethyl carbonate.During the degradation process,carbonates were decomposed into ethylene glycol,and then further oxidized to acetic acid,and finally mineralized into H_(2)O and CO_(2).This method does not need to add additional electrolyte and adjust the pH,and has a good treatment effect,which is an effective method for discharging wastewater treatment.
