摘要
利用复合厌氧生物滤池和流离生物反应器组合工艺处理含氰废水,研究了该系统的启动情况和对各污染物质的去除效果。结果表明,该系统在启动阶段逐渐按比例通入工业废水,COD容积负荷由0.1 kg/(m^(3)·d)增加到2.04 kg/(m^(3)·d)时,对COD、NH_(4)^(+)-N和CN^(-)都有较好的去除效果,说明系统具有较好的抗冲击负荷能力;在稳定运行阶段,系统对COD的去除率基本保持80%左右,对CN-的去除效果随进水CN-含量的变化而变化,但是出水CN-的质量浓度基本可以维持在5 mg/L。
The combined process of hybrid anaerobic biological filter and flow separate bed bio-reactor was used to treat cyanide-containing wastewater,and the start-up of the system and the removal effect of various pollutants were studied.The results showed that the system gradually introduced industrial wastewater in proportion during the start-up stage,and when the COD volume load increased from 0.1 kg/(m^(3)·d)to 2.04 kg/(m^(3)·d),it had a good removal effect on COD,NH_(4)^(+)-N and CN^(-).It showed that the system had good shock load resistance.In the stable operation stage,the COD removal rate of the system was basically maintained at about 80%,and the CN-removal effect changed with the change of the influent CN-content,but the CN-mass concentration in effluent could basically be maintained at 5 mg/L.
