热负荷作用面为圆形电器件散热器热阻数值分析 被引量:1

摘要 论文用数值方法分析了热负荷作用面为圆形的电器件散热器散热特性.研究结果表明:散热器最高温度主要集中在热负荷作用区肋基部位;热负荷对热阻影响不大;散热器材质导热系数对热阻有较大影响;指示风速的雷诺数对热阻有较大影响;当散热器其它参数一定时,热阻随热负荷作用面直径变化而变化,通过改变作用面直径可获得最小热阻. This paper reports the heat transfer characteristics of the heat sink having a circular heating area.A numerical methods is used in this process.The results show that the maximum temperature is located mainly at the locations near the fin base in the heating area.Thermal load has little effect on thermal resistance,the thermal conductivity of the radiator material has great influence on thermal resistance.The Reynolds number of indicating wind speed has great influence on thermal resistance.The thermal resistance varies with the diameter of the heating area when other parameters are fixed.The minimum thermal resistance can be obtained by changing the diameter of the heating area.
