高铁开通抑制了服务业企业出口吗?--基于中国服务业上市公司的实证检验

Has the Opening of High speed Rail Curbed Exports from Service Enterprises?--Based on the Empirical Test of Listed Companies in China's Service Industry

摘要 基于20082018年中国上市公司服务业企业出口数据,使用多时点DID方法研究高铁开通对当地服务业企业的影响。研究结果表明:(1)高铁开通抑制了服务业企业的出口规模,但也降低了国内服务品市场分割程度。(2)从城市层面企业出口所受影响异质性分析来看,一线、新一线城市服务业企业出口受到的影响最大。从企业层面出口所受影响异质性分析来看,中小规模企业更易受到高铁开通的影响;且生产性服务业企业对高铁开通的影响更加敏感。为此,一方面应当继续加强新型基础设施建设力度,更高水平的基础设施条件可以进一步促进国内市场整合程度并增强服务业企业的国际竞争力;另一方面,强化高铁网络式建设运营,在高铁建设运营过程中加强小规模城市、企业间的空间联系,让高铁发挥的作用下沉到更深层的区域。 Based on China’s listed enterprise data from 2008 to 2018,difference in differences(DID)method is used to study the impact toward export of service company caused by high speed rail(HSR)in this paper.The result shows that,(1)The opening of HSR has curbed the export scale of service enterprises,but reduced the degree of segmentation of the domestic services market.(2)From the analysis of the heterogeneity of the impact of urban level on enterprise exports,the export of first line and new first line urban service enterprises is the most affected.From the analysis of the heterogeneity of export impact at the enterprise level,both small,medium sized enterprises and productive service enterprises are more sensitive to the impact of HSR opening.To this end,on the one hand,the new infrastructure construction should be continued to strengthen because higher level of infrastructure conditions can further promote the integration of the domestic market and enhance the international competitiveness of service enterprises.On the other hand,strengthen the HSR network construction operation in the process of HSR construction and operation especially between small scale cities and enterprises to strength their spatial link in order to make the impact of HSR sink to a deeper region.
