摘要
家庭经济困难大学生普遍存在经济、就业、学业、心理关怀等方面的心理需求,不同年级大学生的心理需求表现出阶段性的特点。在高校资助育人工作中,要坚持以学生为本,以心理需求为导向,建立包括经济资助、学业帮扶、就业指导和心理关怀为一体的资助育人体系,分阶段推进个性化精准资助育人工作。高校可以采取以经济支持、学业帮扶为重心的低年级资助模式和以经济支持、就业指导为重心的高年级资助模式,同时做好心理关怀,促进学生全面发展,切实提高高校资助育人工作的实效性。
College students with family financial difficulties generally have psychological needs in economics,employment,academic work,and psychological care.The psychological needs of college students in different grades show phased characteristics.In the college funded education work,we must adhere to student-oriented and psychological needs-oriented,establish a financial aid,academic support,employment guidance and psychological care as a whole,and promote personalized funding in stages.Colleges can adopt a funding model for lower grades focusing on economic support and academic assistance and a funding model for senior grades focusing on economic support and employment guidance.At the same time,they can do a good job of psychological care,promote the overall development of students,and effectively increase the funding and education of colleges.
