Simple Method for Measuring Adult Abdominal Obesity

肥胖已成为全球公共卫生问题,肥胖与糖尿病、心血管疾病等密切相关,评估肥胖特别是腹型肥胖具有极大的临床意义,MRI和CT作为评估肥胖金标准,无法广泛应用于临床及流行病学调查,因此寻找简便易行的方法来代替MRI和CT至关重要。本文将对目前常用的肥胖诊断技术(人体测量学、超声、生物电阻抗法、双能X射线吸收法)进行综述,以提高对肥胖的评估与诊断。

Obesity has become a global public health problem.Obesity is closely related to diabetes and cardiovascular diseases.The evaluation of obesity,especially abdominal obesity,has great clinical significance.MRI and CT,as the gold standard for evaluating obesity,cannot be widely used in clinical and Epidemiological investigation,so it is very important to find simple and easy methods to replace MRI and CT.This article will review the currently commonly used obesity diagnostic techniques(anthropometry,ultrasound,bioelectrical impedance analysis,dual-energy X-ray absorptiometry)to improve the evaluation and diagnosis of obesity.
