甘庄煤矿煤自燃特征及分级预警体系研究

摘要 以甘庄煤矿11#煤层煤样为研究对象,利用XK-IV大型煤自燃实验平台模拟了煤的自燃过程,分析了主要特征气体浓度的变化规律,确定了自燃指标气体及其临界值,揭示了煤在自燃过程中高温点变化移动规律,给出了甘庄11#煤层煤样自然发火特征温度。基于指标气体选取原则结合煤矿实测数据,构建了甘庄煤矿煤自燃分级预警体系及相应阈值,为煤自然发火预警提供了理论依据。 Taking Ganzhuang Coal Mine 11#coal seam coal sample as the research object,by using the XK-IV large-scale coal spontaneous combustion experiment platform to simulate the spontaneous combustion process of coal,we analyzed the change law of the main characteristic gas concentration during the spontaneous combustion process,and determined the spontaneous combustion index gas and its criticality and revealed the change and movement of high temperature points during the spontaneous combustion of coal.Then,the characteristic temperature of spontaneous ignition of the coal sample of Ganzhuang 11#coal seam was given.Based on the selection principle of index gas and measured data of the coal mine,the coal spontaneous combustion classification early warning system and corresponding thresholds of Ganzhuang coal mine were constructed.It provides a theoretical basis for early warning of spontaneous coal combustion,and at the same time has certain guiding significance for the safe production of the mine and adjacent mines.
