摘要
当前教师的心理健康状况需要引起关注。阅读疗法是通过阅读图书缓解读者心理困扰的一种辅助性心理治疗方法。针对教师职场不良情绪的个案,借鉴方剂学君臣佐使组方配伍原理,开具书方,进行阅读疗法干预,探讨阅读疗法在教师心理健康素质提升中的实施及效果。
At present,teachers'mental health needs attention.Reading therapy is a kind of auxiliary psychotherapy to relieve readers'psychological distress by reading books.This study aims at the case of teachers'bad mood in the workplace,draws on the principle of compatibility of the group,draws up the book,intervenes in reading therapy,and discusses the implementation and effect of reading therapy in the improvement of teachers'mental health quality.
