Research on the Training Model of Applied Talents for Smart Tourism in Jilin Province

智慧旅游是信息技术与旅游业融合发展的产物,也是现代旅游的一种全新表现形式。智慧旅游的出现改变了传统的旅游模式,呈现出信息化、智慧化、个性化的显著特征,迫切需求既掌握专业理论知识,又具备实践操作技能的智慧旅游应用型人才。本文基于应用型人才培养理念,从培养目标和方向、系统化课程体系、现代教学方法、师资队伍建设、实践教学体系与平台、评价监督和保障机制等方面构建智慧旅游应用型人才培养模式,推动旅游高等教育高质量发展。

Smart tourism is the product of the integration and development of information technology and tourism,and it is also a new form of modern tourism.The emergence of smart tourism has changed the traditional tourism model,presenting the notable characteristics of informatization,intelligence,and individualization.There is an urgent need for smart tourism application-oriented talents who have both professional theoretical knowledge and practical skills.Based on the concept of application-oriented talent training,the paper builds a smart tourism application-oriented talent training model from the perspectives of training goals and directions,systematic curriculum system,modern teaching methods,teacher team construction,practical teaching system and platform,evaluation supervision and guarantee mechanism,etc.,to promote quality development of tourism higher education.
