Q.Static运动校正技术对一体化PET/MR胸腹部成像质量的影响研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨一体化PET/MR的Q.Static运动校正技术对胸腹部病灶PET成像质量的影响。方法选取并分析22例行一体化PET/MR检查肿瘤患者的Q.Static、Gated及Static模式PET图像,比较三种模式下病灶感兴趣区体积(volume of interest,VOI)、最大标准摄取值(maximum standardized uptake value,SUVmax)、平均标准摄取值(mean standardized uptake value,SUVmean)和信噪比(signal-to-noise ratio,SNR)的差异。结果22例患者共检出60个18F-FDG阳性病灶(VOI均>1cm3),Q.Static模式测量病灶VOI最小值,较Static模式减少12.91%(P<0.01)。Q.Static模式测量病灶SNR较Gated模式提高91.55%(P<0.01),与Static模式比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。Q.Static模式测量病灶SUVmax较Static模式和Gated模式SUVmax分别提高13.43%(P<0.01)和6.52%(P<0.05),SUVmean较Static模式和Gated模式分别提高13.83%(P<0.01)和8.47%(P<0.01)。结论一体化PET/MR的Q.Static运动校正技术能减少胸腹部呼吸运动伪影,提高胸腹部的PET图像质量。 Objective To investigate the effect of Q.Static motion correction technology on thoracoabdominal lesions of PET image on integrated PET/MR.Methods This study was a retrospective analysis of 22 patients on Q.Static,Gated and Static PET images of integrated PET/MR examination.Volume of interest(VOI),maximum standardized uptake value(SUVmax),mean standardized uptake value(SUVmean)and signal-to-noise ratio(SNR)of these lesions were compared.Results A total of 6018F-FDG positive lesions were detected in 22 patients(both VOI was greater than 1 cm3).The minimum VOI of the lesions measured on Q.Static mode was less than that of Static mode(P<0.01),which was 12.91%.The SNR of the lesions measured on Q.Static mode was higher than that of Gated mode(P<0.01),which was 91.55%.There were no statistical differences between Q.Static mode and Static mode(P>0.05).The SUVmax of the lesions measured on Q.Static mode was higher than that of Static and Gated mode(P<0.01,P<0.05),which was 13.43%and 6.52%respectively.The SUVmean of the lesions measured on Q.Static mode was higher than that of Static and Gated mode(P<0.01,P<0.01),which was 13.83%and 8.47%respectively.Conclusion The Q.Static motion correction technology on integrated PET/MR can reduce artifacts caused by respiratory motion and improve the PET image quality.
