摘要 目的探究PET/CT与MRI融合成像对肺癌侵袭性患者的诊断价值。方法选取本院收治的200例肺癌患者为观察对象,以PET/CT与MRI检查后手术,并把术前PET/CT与MRI图像融合,计算并统计诊断效能。结果PET/CT图像显示肺癌侵袭性淋巴结长径平均(11.60±7.68)mm,短径平均(7.01±3.11)mm;SUV最大值(4.30±2.08),TLG平均(6.38±3.57),MTV平均(1.10±0.86),长短径比值(1.68±0.53)mm。MRI弥散图像表明侵袭性淋巴结ADC平均(1.72±0.61)×10^(-3) mm^(2)/s,D平均(0.51±0.23)×10^(-3) mm^(2)/s,D*平均(7.88±5.15)×10^(-3) mm^(2)/s,f平均(0.55±0.13)。ROC曲线表明:PET/CT联合MRI诊断肺癌侵袭性淋巴结的ADC/SUV准确性是79.95%(335/419),D/SUV准确性是81.62%(342/419)。结论PET/CT与MRI融合成像对肺癌侵袭性患者的诊断价值较高,联合检测可使诊断结果更准确可靠。 Objective To explore the diagnostic value of PET/CT and MRI fusion imaging in patients with lung cancer invasiveness.Methods 200 patients with lung cancer treated in our hospital were observed.PET/CT and MRI were performed after surgery,and preoperative PET/CT and MRI images were fused to calculate and calculate the diagnostic efficacy.Results PET/CT images showed that the average diameter of lung cancer invasive lymph nodes was(11.60±7.68)mm,and the short diameter was(7.01±3.11)mm.The maximum value of standard uptake was(4.30±2.08)and the average glycolysis of total lesions was(6.38±3.57),the average volume of metabolic tumors was(1.10±0.86),and the ratio of length to diameter was(1.68±0.53)mm.MRI diffusion images showed that the average apparent diffusion coefficient of invasive lymph nodes was(1.72±0.61)×10^(-3) mm^(2)/s,the average true diffusion coefficient was(0.51±0.23)×10^(-3) mm^(2)/s,and the average pseudo-diffusion coefficient was(7.88±5.15)×10^(-3) mm^(2)/s,average perfusion fraction(0.55±0.13).The ROC curve showed that the accuracy of the apparent diffusion coefficient/standard uptake value of PET/CT combined with MRI for the diagnosis of invasive lymph nodes in lung cancer was 79.95%(335/419),and the true diffusion coefficient/standard uptake value was 81.62%(342/419).Conclusion PET/CT and MRI fusion imaging have higher diagnostic value for patients with lung cancer invasiveness,and combined detection can make the diagnosis result more accurate and reliable.
